Harwich & Parkeston 5
Haverhill Rovers 2
13th September 2007

Harwich fell behind early doors conceding a sloppy goal, but to there credit came back immediately attacking the Haverhill goal mouth with gusto, the impressive Dom Warren equalised for Harwich after 10 minutes, but the rest of the 1st half belonged to Ollie Mann who from midfield scored two great goals showing quick feet and superb technique a master class of finishing.
Harwich started the 2nd half as they finished the 1st in total control playing quality passing football from every position on the pitch, Dom Warren scored his second of the night, Haverhill scored a 2nd goal midway through the second half and the scoring was rounded off by the superb Lee Peacock with a 25 yard screamer, at 16 Lee Peacock looks a future 1st team player dominating the game at centre half, Phil Harrison was full of praise in the dressing room at full time for all 14 players involved an accolade they thoroughly deserved, with the maximum points from 3 games a start they could only of dreamt of, see's them top of the table.
